Our Story

Our story is simple. A love for the built environment and an aversion for waste and the mundane, created a passion to do things just a little bit differently. It defines the environment in which the beliefs and behaviors determine how our team interacts and makes decisions.  With over 40 years of combined experience and relationships built on trust and commitment, we decided to be a catalyst for change.

Everyone with a passion to create should have the opportunity, yet with so many projects, the path can seem overwhelming.  We are builders, we are architects and we are engineers, we get this stuff and we love it!

Our Culture

Everyday my daughter wears different socks. I asked her once why she didn’t wear a pair that matched. Her response:

“Why do they have to match? They are still socks, doing what socks do. It’s just a different way to think about it and besides, it’s fun and maybe that makes me just a little bit more unique”

And just like that, she summed it up for me…try a different approach, look at another perspective, have fun and be unique.

Our Community

Grown local and committed to leaving it a little better than we found it, we feel it is part of our social responsibility to work just as hard at building partnerships in our community as we do at building projects. Whether it’s donating, volunteering or participating in community events, we can make a lasting, positive impact on our communities and society.
